10 minute total body workout
As a new mom time is precious. When Hunter goes down for a nap I try to cram in as many things as possible. Usually it’s shower, eat and clean a bit. Sometimes I get a short workout in at home too, but since his naps typically last 45 minutes (sometimes longer), workouts need to be short.
For this one 10 minutes is all you need. Since it’s timed and super short you want to make sure to push yourself. You get out what you put in, so remember to put in effort and you’ll be rewarded!
Here’s what you’ll need to do.
Set a timer for 10 minutes. Warm up for a few minutes (okay so the workouts takes a little longer than 10 minutes ;)).
Once you’re ready START!
- 20 high knees
- 10 single leg squats
- 5 pull ups
- repeat as many times as you can before 10 minutes is up
Cool down and stretch a bit.
How many rounds do you think you can do in 10 minutes? I did 10 rounds + 20 high knees and 10 squats. Try and beat me!
If you don’t have a pull up bar sub in push ups for the pull ups.
