Because let’s be honest, cooking at home totally takes waaaaaaaay more time than A) opening a box of something premade, or B) grabbing take out. There’s the actual cooking process, then dishes. EEEK! Dish washing time is when I catch up on all my favorite podcasts, so I’ve turned it from a chore to something I can look forward to (…. most days).

I love the slow cooker for those evenings when I know I’ll be more pinched on time, but want a healthy dinner ready for our family. It’s my #1 favorite kitchen appliance!
We received this as a wedding gift 9 years ago, and it still works great! I cook both rice and quinoa in it.
Chopping and shredding veggies is done in a flash + it’s awesome for making healthy homemade snack balls.
Instead of trying to mince garlic with a knife, a garlic press made the job super simple.

Life without coffee is one I just don’t want to think about. I love waking up and having my coffee waiting for me. Our first coffee maker lasted about 8 years, and we got the exact same one when we decided it needed to be replaced.
Parchment paper is my secret to vegetable roasting. My veggie don’t stick to the pan, and clean up is a breeze!
No sticking to the pan or need for muffin liners. I love silicone pans for baking.
This has been the perfect size for quick mashing of potatoes and avocado. I highly recommend it and use mine multiple times a week!
