If you are obsessed with peanut sauce like I am, then these Thai peanut wraps are going to become your new favorite meal! I love this meal for meal prep. It’s quite nice keeping the chicken and veggie filling on hand to easily add into a wrap.

We’re using Don Pancho Carb Control Wraps here which keep this meal lower in carbs. In fact, each wrap is high in fiber and only has 6 grams of net carbs!

I’ve been using Don Pancho products for years! Don Pancho was founded in 1979 by the Puentes family so that they could offer customers the delicious, authentic Mexican foods the family loved. I love the authentic Mexican foods, and also their innovative products!

If you’re local to the PacNW, you can find these wraps at Fred Meyer, Albertsons, and WinCo!

How to make it Thai peanut chicken wraps

  1. Make the peanut dressing by combining the peanut butter, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, maple syrup, sriracha, garlic granules, ground ginger, and water together.  Whisk until combined, shake in a mason with a lid, or blend in a mini blender.
  2. Mix the chicken, broccoli slaw, cilantro, and peanut sauce together until combined. Add into each of the tortillas, wrap, and enjoy!

Need this peanut free?

Can you prep this in advance?

Yes! Make the peanut sauce in advance. You can also combine the chicken, slaw, and peanut sauce ahead of time, then simply add it into your wrap when you want to enjoy the meal.

If you’re taking this meal on the go, you can definitely add the filling into the wrap in advance. I just wouldn’t add the filling into the wrap more than 1 day in advance to keep the wrap fresh.

Substition ideas

  • Not wanting to use chicken? Shrimp would be delicious.
  • Instead of broccoli slaw, try sauted bell peppers for a different flavor profile.
  • Of course, you use sunbutter satay sauce instead of peanut sauce.

Happy March 1 to you too! I totally know what you mean- I got Mexican stuck in my head yesterday and HAD to have it!! Peanut sauce is amazing. The first time I had it…I felt VERY iffy about it, but now I’m obsessed! I usually throw it on a top of a bowl of noodles. Deliciousness!!

Powdered sidewalks? Brrrrr! It’s a glorious day here – sun shining and warm. I’m about to hit up a patio. It’s such a tease though – I’m sure it’ll be cold again soon!

I am sitting in the doctors office reading your blog. I have never had peanut sauce, but it sounds amazing. I think this will be my dinner tonight. I also wanted to say thank you. Your package you sent me came in the mail today. Just what I needed to cheer me up. I’m going to make donutd with the flour. Thank you again. Gotta go, doctors calling me in.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE peanut sauce! The bold flavors all together works so well! And because it’s so flavorful, you can pair it with foods like veggies and sneak’em in while still feeling totally and completely satisfied 🙂
