Imagine if we could workout together. How fun would that be? I love being in a room, teaching classes and connecting face to face during a yoga strength and cardio workout. There is something so special about it.
But as life has it, we can’t all be face to face working out together. Thankfully we’ve got the internet to connect us!
Today I’m sharing a classic fitness yoga class with you. This yoga workout is just under 30 minutes in length, and a preview of what it would be like if you were right in a real deal live class with me.
I’ve taken my full body yoga strength and cardio class and shrunk it down to a shorter version. It’s amazingly effective to help build strength, has a little balance challenge (hello side planks!) and brings a beautiful cardiovascular workout in as well.
It’s basically everything you want in a workout, in under 30 minutes!
