Let's Make My Apple Pie Protein Bar Recipe!

When looking for gluten free snacks, try this easy homemade protein bar recipe!

Filled with apple chunks, oat flour, protein powder, and a dash of maple syrup, these protein bars are super easy and extra delicious!

Each bar gives you 8 grams of protein, making it a healthy bar using no refined sugar. A great gluten free snack to prep in advance!

       In a large bowl mix together the oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger, allspice, baking powder, and sea salt.

       In a smaller bowl mix together the apple sauce, apple, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in the diced apples. Stir the wet into the dry until just mixed.

       Pour into the baking dish, and bake for 25-28 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean after being inserted into the center. Allow to cool fully before cutting.

After the bars are cooled to room temperature, cut them into 9 pieces. Wrap the bars in parchment paper, then place them in a sealed bag or airtight container.
