Delicious baked salmon is the perfect weeknight dinner – a simple cooking process, minimal prep, and it leaves you with a juicy tasty salmon!

Easy enough for any beginner cook.  This baked salmon recipe leaves you with juicy salmon, thanks to the mayo!

INGREDIENTS: – salmon side or fillets – avocado oil mayonnaise – italian seasoning – sea salt – garlic granules – black pepper

Step 1: Place the salmon on rimmed baking sheet. Brush mayo over, and sprinkle seasoning evenly over it.

Step 2: Bake salmon for 13-15 minutes, until the fish flakes and looks opaque.
