Healthy Mummy Brownies

I’ll walk you through exactly how to make this fun treat for any halloween party!

INGREDIENTS: –– your favorite brownie recipe – coconut butter – pure maple syrup – unsweetened plain almond milk – candy eyeballs

Step 1: Bake your brownie recipe of choice and allow it to fully cool to room temperature. Once cooled, cut into rectangles and place on parchment paper in a single layer.

STEP 2: In a double boiler, melt the coconut butter. Once melted, whisk in the maple syrup and non-dairy milk. You can make your frosting thinner or thicker depending on the amount of milk you use.

STEP 3: Add the frosting into a ziploc bag, snip off the end.  Drizzle into a mummy wrapping like pattern. Add candy eyes.
