How to make almond butter and jam quesadillas

  1. Heat an electric skillet or large pan to medium heat. Take one large tortilla, add the almond butter to it from edge to edge. Next, add the jam onto the other tortilla. Put the two tortillas together.
  2. Add the quesadilla sandwich to your heated skillet/pan and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. You want both sides slightly crisped, and the almond butter and jam to be warm.
  3. Allow it to cool before cutting into triangles.
