I’m a mom of 4 and I didn’t like feeling stressed out when dinner time was rolling around. Instead of letting that become a point of stress, I took action. I focused on meal planning, and created a system THAT WORKS. It allows me to put meals on autopilot. I’ve shared tons of articles and videos on meal planning tips, but I get that it can still be a source of frustration. That you don’t want to do it.

How does the meal plan membership work?

Every 1st of the month you will receive a new meal plan for the month. It is broken out into 4 separate weeks. You can go from week 1 to week 2 and so on, or mix it up and have week 4 during the first week of the month. It’s up to you!

Each week contains 4 dinner recipes and these meals are strategically built to save you time in the kitchen. Two different proteins are chosen for each week, then those 2 proteins are repurposed from one dinner into a completely new dinner later in the week.

Each week will include a grocery list for the dinners, plus time saving strategies.

In addition to the 16 dinner recipes you’ll find in the 4 week’s worth of meal plans, there are also 8 more bonus recipes. You’ll receive 2 more dinners, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 snacks. These bonus recipes each month are to offer more variety and inspiration throughout your month.  If you need more than 4 dinners each week, add in one of the bonus dinners!

Because it is a monthly meal plan, we will take seasonality into consideration. Knowing that we are all located in different parts of the country (or world), your season may vary from mine. The recipes will do their best to consider what’s in season (like more lettuce salads in the summer months, and hearty kale salads in the winter months, for example).

Is there a specific diet the meal plans follow?

We focus on real food recipes within the meal plans. More whole foods, less refined foods. You’ll find many of the recipes are naturally gluten free and dairy free, and if they are not, an option will be included when available to make them gluten and dairy free. I’ve also taken into consideration peanut allergies, and if peanut products are used, options are also stated.

And the recipes are delicious! Just read a couple reviews. Get excited for fun flavors, healthy meals and no more mealtime rut!

Customize the meals for your family

One unique benefit of the membership, that you won’t find anywhere else, are the weekly video. In these videos I personally walk you through how to customize the meals for your family. I am all about making meals work for you! There is always a way to change it up, and I want to empower you to do that if needed.

Do you want to change the protein, veggie or have allergies in your house? Are you looking to lower the carbohydrates? Increase the carbohydrates? I’ll give options and ideas you can use right away.

Q: How much does the meal plans member cost each month?

The monthly price is $22.99. Right now you can save $5 off your first month through the end of Nov 2020! Your payments will be processed on the same day each month, based on the date you signed up. For example, if you join on October 25th, the next payment will automatically be charged on November 25th.

Q: How are the payments processed?

Subscription payments are run through PayPal. Once you sign up, you will receive a direct email from me within 24 hours to confirm the email address you want to use for your membership. If you have issues signing up through PayPal, send an email to fitmamarealfood@gmail.com.

Q: What is the community like?

As a member you will have access to a a private Facebook group community. Within the group there will be videos sharing how to customize your meals, community conversations and tips to help you go beyond your meal plans. If you don’t have access to Facebook or don’t wish to become a part of it, you will still receive your monthly meal plan via email.

Q: How many servings are in each recipe?

The dinners vary from 4-6 servings generally. It is listed within each recipes. For my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 little kids), a dinner of 4 servings work great. The bonus recipes for breakfast, lunch and snacks vary from 1-6 servings, depending on the recipe. All servings are listed within the recipes.

Q: Will my kids like all the meals?

All of the recipes are tested with 4 little kids. When feasible, substitution options are listed to change the meal if needed.

Q: How much time will the recipes take to make?

With the recipes, I strive to save you as much time as possible in the kitchen. Most dinners take 30-40 minutes from start to finish to make. If you need quicker meals, there are time saving tips to get dinner on the table faster within each week.

Q: What if I have dietary changes I need to make for the recipes?

Within the recipes there will be options for substitutions. Most of the recipes will be gluten free and dairy free, but when not, substitutions will be listed when available. Every week there will be a unique video for the upcoming meal plan along with how to modify it for your needs. The beauty of the community is that you can more easily get answers to your recipe questions!

Q: What if I don’t like the meals in the meal plans?

I welcome all feedback and take that into consideration when building the meal plans. Every month when you receive your monthly meal plan, I ask for feedback on how the previous recipes went. I love hearing about what your family absolutely loved, along with meals that may have not been hits.

Q: Can I gift the meal plans membership?

Absolutely! Once you pay for a membership, send an email to fitmamarealfood@gmail.com letting me know who the membership is for and I will make sure they receive all the information to get started.

Q: Why a monthly membership instead of individual meal plans?

The meal plans membership was strategically build as a bundle so that you can receive 4 weeks worth of meal plans at once. This will allow you to pick and choose which week to start with during the month. Maybe a sale comes up on a protein featured in week 4 and you want to start with that one. You’ll have the flexibility to decide where to start. With a membership model your meal plans come to you without even thinking. Your weeks are planned with zero effort on your part! Q: Do you offer a free trial?

Q: Do you offer a refund?

Because of the digital nature of the product, once you receive the month’s meal plan, no refund can be offered. However, you can cancel your membership at any time prior to your subscription payment being processed.
