Fit Mama Meal Plans saves you time
Every meal plan builds on the principle of protein repurposing. We don’t spend hours prepping on a Sunday (if you’re like me, you don’t want to!).
How we save time is by cooking a protein once for the first meal, andd doubling it. THEN, and this is the magical part – we turn that already cooked/seasoned protein into a totally new meal.

Each week includes 4 dinner recipes, with the focus on 2 different proteins.
Here’s an example of what a week looks like:
Chicken breast starts as Almond Flour Chicken Tenders with Roasted Veggies and turns into Cobb Salad.
Ground beef starts as Taco Salad and turns into veggie loaded Healthy Hamburger Helper.
How many meals are included in the healthy family meal plans?
There are 4 dinners planned each week, giving you 16 dinner recipes.
In addition, there are also 8 more bonus recipes.
You’ll receive 2 more dinner recipe, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 snacks.
These bonus recipes each month are to offer more variety and inspiration throughout your month. If you need more than 4 dinners each week, add in one of the bonus dinners!

Is there a specific diet the meal plans follow?
We focus on real food recipes within the meal plans.
More whole foods, less refined foods.
You’ll find many of the recipes are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free. If they are not, an option will be included when available to make them gluten and dairy-free.
Peanut allergies are also considered, so if a peanut product is used, options to make it peanut free are included.
Helping kids eat more variety
These healthy family meal plans make adding variety into your kid’s diet easy.
Sometimes as a mom, you just want your kids to eat a meal without complaining. I get that.
Recipes are kid tested and approved!
Moms that try Fit Mama Meal Plans have shared so many successes that they’ve had with their kids. Kids that eat meals and enjoy them!
“Because of what we had on hand only did the enchiladas and the hash and they were both major hits with my five-year-old daughter! (And my 2-year-old actually ate the hash. Victory!) also did the chili potato skins from week 2 because I made chili for New Year’s and my daughter was obsessed! I mean me too.” – Elizabeth
“omg my girls LOVED the salmon puff!! I think they each had thirds!!” – Holly
“I’ve tried several other meal plans/subscriptions but they keep coming up short. Most of them are too complicated or expensive and aren’t very flexible. I’m not huge on meal prep (all the dirty dishes at one time stresses me out!) so I love the concept of cooking meat once to use twice and that it is easy to do, even on a Monday night!” – Mallory
“This meal plan is so nice because I only have to really cook the two proteins once. I love that all these meals include easy to find ingredients or ingredients I already have and I love that it is just real food!” – Karen

Q: How many servings are in each recipe?
The dinners vary from 4-6 servings generally. The servings are listed within each recipes. For my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 little kids), a dinner of 4 servings works great. The bonus recipes for breakfast, lunch and snacks vary from 1-6 servings, depending on the recipe.
