Does cultivating healthy habits and behaviors leave you feeling like you just can’t do it? That every time you try to start something new, it only lasts a day or two because it’s unrealistic in your life? If so, then you will LOVE this podcast episode with Robyn Downs, habits and routines expert.
I love that Robyn talk about how small shifts can create big change. I am such a believer in that.
For the longest time I wished I could find time during the day for a devotional. So I eventually started with just a few minutes in a bible app on my phone.
It was doable, so I stuck with it. I tied the habit to when I first start drinking my coffee, before I do anything else.
More than a year later, it is still happening! It is still just 5-10 minutes of my day, but I am consistent and to me, that matters so much.
I am such a believer in small habits being the building blocks in what create our day. If you are into that, well then you will be into today’s podcast episode!

I listen to your podcast and appreciate the time out moments I get with them 🙂 I wanted to recommend someone for your podcast if that’s ok!! It’s my sister!! Her name is Jamie Lightner, she is a life coach, mom of four and recently started a website called “Girl, I got you” it’s all about self care for all these beautiful Mamas and women in general.
