Beef Taco Salad Recipe

This classic taco salad recipe is fresh, flavorful, and packed with so much goodness!

From the crunchy romaine lettuce base to the spiced ground beef taco meat, to the juicy tomatoes and other veggies, plus creamy cilantro lime sauce – this taco salad has it all!

ingredients

      Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat and add the corn and sea salt. Saute for 5-7 minutes, or until the corn has a little color. Remove and set aside to cool.

     In the same heated skillet, add the ground beef and saute. Cook beef until it is no longer pink, add the taco seasoning, and stir to combine.

     To build your taco salad recipe, you can either add everything into a large bowl or serve individual servings.

     Add tortilla chips crushed or whole, and drizzle the cilantro lime sauce over your salad, toss, and enjoy!

Taco salad is awesome for meal prep! Simply cook the corn and ground beef in steps 1 and 2, and be sure the rest of the ingredients are chopped up and ready to go.
