Black Cake Recipe

The main ingredient is black beans, but you’d never know! It's so good and will become your go to best chocolate cake recipe!

The flourless cake batter is mixed in the blender and requires only 9 ingredients that you probably have at home in your pantry.

INGREDIENTS: – black beans – eggs – pure maple syrup – coconut oil – pure vanilla extract – cocoa powder – baking powder – sea salt – dark chocolate chips

Step 1: To a high speed blender add all the ingredients and blend fully until smooth. Scrape sides if needed.

STEP 2:  Pour bean batter evenly into the two  prepared cake pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

STEP 3:  Cool on a wire rack until no longer hot, then frost with healthy 3 ingredient chocolate frosting.

STEP 4: Add chopped almonds, strawberries or fresh fruit if you’d like!  It goes great with ice cream!
