This vegetarian falafel wrap is flavor-packed and nutritious!

The falafel recipe is made using a mixture of chickpeas, tahini, sauteed vegetables, and amazing spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander.

ingredients

      Saute the onions and jalapeno and sauté for about six minutes. Add the coriander, cumin, and turmeric, cook for 1 minute.

      In a food processor, mix the chickpeas, oil, tahini, and lemon juice. Add to bowl with the cooked vegetables, garlic, sea salt, pepper, oat flour, and egg white and mix.

      Heat pan. Add oil. Shape patties and cook until golden brown on each side.

      Mix the sauce ingredients together. Warm the tortillas, and build your falafel wraps!
