This easy homemade protein pancake mix has only 7 ingredients and is super tasty! Each pancake has 18 grams of protein. Kids love them too!

Let’s get started!

INGREDIENTS: – whole wheat pastry flour – almond flour – unflavored protein powder – baking soda – baking powder – sea salt – natural cane sugar – egg – non-dairy milk – pure vanilla extract

Mix all the ingredeints together.

A few lumps are okay in the pancake batter!

Cook the pancakes.

Add oil to a heated skillet and cook 3-4 minutes per side.

Serve and enjoy!

Serve with a little butter or peanut butter, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of pure maple syrup, and enjoy the extra protein!
