Maple Coconut Granola with Peanuts

Making delicious granola at home couldn’t be easier, and the flavors in this easy maple coconut granola is addictive!

INGREDIENTS – old-fashioned oats – dry roasted peanuts – cinnamon – sea salt – unsalted butter – pure maple syrup – natural peanut butter – vanilla extract – unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

Step 1: In a small saucepan over low heat, add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla. Whisk to combine the wet ingredients.

STEP 2: Into the baking dish, add the oats, chopped peanuts, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix the dry ingredients. Pour the butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir to combine.

STEP 3: Bake the granola for 20 minutes, stir it, and return for another 20 minutes. Remove the pan, stir in the coconut, and then bake for 5 more minutes.

STEP 4:  Let the granola cool before enjoying with yogurt and fruit, or milk!
