– old-fashioned oats – vanilla protein powder – chia seeds – non-dairy milk

      In a glass jar add the oats, protein powder, and chia seed. Mix together, then stir in the milk until fully combined. You can seal with a lid and shake to combine.

     Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy this breakfast recipe the next day. At a minimum, let the oats soak and thicken for at least 3 hours.
