Spinach Egg Wraps

If you need an easy way to get more protein and veggies in, you’ll want to try this 3 ingredient spinach egg wrap!

INGREDIENTS – avocado oil – fresh spinach – eggs – chickpea flour – sea salt

Step 1: Add the spinach, egg, chickpea flour, and salt into a small blender and blend until smooth (about 15-20 seconds).

STEP 2: Pour the blended batter into a hot oiled pan and swirl around the pan. Cook for a couple of minutes, until the bottom is set. Loosen the edges, flip, and cook another 1-2 minutes.

STEP 3: Add your favorite fillings into the center of the tortilla, roll it up, and enjoy! Repeat and make as many as you'd like!
