Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

They’re a great way to cool down on a hot summer day. Made with 3 simple ingredients – fresh strawberries, lemonade, and coconut milk –  they make delicious treats!

Homemade popsicles are so easy to make, and are super delicious! Especially when you have a recipe like this one. Juicy strawberry and bright lemon flavor are the star!

INGREDIENTS: – fresh strawberries – lemonade – full fat canned coconut milk

Step 1: Into a blender, add the strawberries, lemonade, and coconut milk.  Blend until smooth.

STEP 2: Pour the strawberry lemonade mixture into the popsicle molds (to the top of the mold).  Add popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours, until the popsicles are frozen solid.

Remove and enjoy your tasty popsicles!  A great way to get stick popsicles out is by running the outside of the mold under warm water to help them to release.
