– whole salmon fillet – extra virgin olive oil – sea salt – pepper – garlic powder – lemon

      When you’re ready to cook your salmon turn the Traeger on to smoke and leave the lid open for 5 minutes to start the smoke. Close the lid and set the temperature to 450 degrees F.

     Place the salmon on a large baking sheet and using a basting brush, brush the olive oil on the top of the fillet. Sprinkle the sea salt, pepper and garlic powder on the salmon. Add the lemon slices.

     When the grill is at temperature, place the piece of salmon on the grill grates, salmon skin side down. Close the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
