INGREDIENTS: – tri tip roast – coconut aminos – sesame oil – garlic – sea salt

In a small bowl combine the coconut aminos, sesame oil, and minced garlic.

In a large dish add the roast and season both sides with sea salt. Pour the marinade over it and marinade for 1 hour or 4 days.

Grill on a lower temp, then increase and finish cooking the tri tip until 140 degrees, or preferred done temp.
