Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Chocolate peanut butter overnight oats will get you excited to wake up and eat!  It truly tastes like dessert for breakfast, but is healthy and filled with so much good for your ingredients! Easy to prep in advance and can easily be doubled or tripled to feed a crowd!

  • Mash the banana fully.  Mix in the peanut butter and combine.  Add the oats, cocoa powder, collagen peptides, chia seed, vanilla, cinnamon and sea salt.  Stir to combine.  Pour in the almond milk and stir until fully combined.
  • Pour into 2 mason jars or bowls.  Cover and allow to sit in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  • Enjoy as is, with cacao nibs!
