  • To make your chocolate hazelnut energy balls, add the hazelnuts to a food processor and pulse into small bits. Remove and set aside.
  • Next, add the dates and pulse until broken down into small bits.

  • Add half the saved hazelnuts, the almond pulp, cocoa powder, almond butter, sea salt and optional mini chocolate chips. Pulse until the mixture is combined.

  • Lastly, using 1 tbsp of the mixture at a time, roll into balls. Then roll the balls in the remaining saved hazelnut mixture. Makes about 2 dozen balls. Store sealed in the fridge.
