Apple Potato Hash with Sausage

The combination of apple chicken sausage, potato, and diced apple come together for a flavorful and easy-to-make dinner hash. Put an egg on it and have this apple potato hash for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3 red potatoes, diced
  • 12 oz apple chicken sausages, diced
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 2 cups frozen cut spinach
  • 1 apple, diced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1-2 eggs per person


  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat with the oil. Add the potatoes and a pinch of sea salt. Saute for 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

  • Add in the sausage and onion next and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in the spinach to defrost for a couple of minutes. Add the diced apple, paprika, sea salt, and pepper. Heat the apples through, then pile on plates.
