Tuna Sushi Bowls

Tuna sushi bowls give you all the delicious sushi flavors, without the effort of actually rolling sushi! We’ll deconstruct sushi into easy to make sushi bowls. A base of jasmine rice starts it off, then we add a sriracha mayo tuna mixture, plus all the crunchy veggies! Top off with nori for that signature sushi flavor and the easiest sushi bowls are ready for you!

  • Cook your rice according to the package directions (rice cooker or stovetop).
  • Mix together the tuna, mayo, and sriracha in a bowl.  Taste and add more sriracha if you need it.
  • Once your rice is ready, time to serve up your food.  Layer cooked rice, tuna mixture, cucumber, carrot, green onion, avocado and then nori in a bowl.  Dig in!
