Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribbing, and drizzle with oil and sea salt. Place flesh side down on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, and bake until tender. This will take about 30-40 minutes depending on the size of your spaghetti squash.
Once the spaghetti squash is done and the strands are tender, use a fork and remove the spaghetti squash strands into a bowl. Add the chicken, dried chives, kefir ranch, and buffalo sauce. Mix together fully.
Pour into a large baking dish and bake for 15 minutes to warm through. Serve with your favorite dippers, or enjoy it by itself!
