My strawberry banana peanut butter smoothie is super kid-friendly, and is packed with fruits and a hidden veggie in it – cucumber! This healthy smoothie comes with the prettiest pink hue.

Reluctant veggie eaters will love this smoothie!  It's fruity, filled with delicious banana flavor, and hidden cucumber.  Super hydrating!

       To a high speed blender add the coconut milk, banana, cucumber, strawberries, natural peanut butter, collagen peptides, vanilla extract, and ice.

      Blend on high for 30 seconds.  You want to get it nice and smooth so you are not left with chunks of fruit and veggie.

      Pour into cups.  Top with fresh chopped strawberry and peanut butter, or enjoy as is! A smoothie to keep coming back to!
