Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribbing, and drizzle with oil and sea salt. Place flesh side down on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, and bake until tender -about 30-40 minutes.
Once the spaghetti squash is done and the strands are tender, use a fork and remove the spaghetti squash strands into a bowl. Add the chicken, dried chives, kefir ranch, and buffalo sauce and mix.
