       Into a high speed blender add the milk, sweet potato, frozen cauliflower rice, protein powder, almond butter, chia seed, cinnamon, and ginger.

      Add ice if desired - this will thicken your smoothie up. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.

      Pour into cups. Top with a drizzle of almond butter, a sprinkle of chia seed and cinnamon is desired!
