The simple 5 ingredient pork tenderloin marinade paired with the smoky flavor leaves you with a tender piece of meat that is juicy and a crowd favorite!

INGREDIENTS: – pork tenderloin – extra virgin olive oil – italian seasoning – sea salt – garlic powder – black pepper

Step 1: In a small bowl combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, sea salt, garlic powder, and pepper.

STEP 2:  Using a basting brush, spread the herb mixture all over the large roast.  You can allow the mixture to marinade for up to 2 days, or cook it right away.

STEP 3:  Preheat the Traeger to 350 degrees. When the electric smoker is up to temperature, place the seasoned pork loin on the grill grates fat side down.

STEP 4: Close the lid and cook for 20 minutes. Flip the meat over and cook for another 20 minutes. Continue to rotate the pork every 15 minutes until cooked to 145 degrees F.

STEP 5: Place the pork on a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes covered in aluminum foil.  This is the best way to end with a juicier pork roast!
