Beef Sliders Recipe with Sweet Potato Buns

Ready in 30 minutes and can easily be prepped in advance as well!

Mini beef sliders with sweet potato buns are so easy to make in the oven, uber-cute, and taste delicious! The perfect healthy mini burger to add to your weekly rotation.

large round sweet potato, avocado oil, ground beef, egg, oat flour, BBQ sauce, garlic granules, sea salt, pepper

     Peel the sweet potatoes (optional), slice the sweet potato into even rounds (about ¼ inch thick), add oil, sea salt, and pepper.

      Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and bake another 10-15 minutes until the sweet potato rounds are soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.

      To make the sliders, combine the beef, egg, oat flour, BBQ sauce, garlic granules, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl.

      Mix thoroughly and shape into 8 sliders. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, until cooked to your liking.

Serve the beef sliders recipe with sweet potato buns. Place a sweet potato bun on a plate, add your favorite sauces and veggies, top with the beef slider and another sweet potato bun!
