Breakfast Potatoes Recipe

The combination of apple chicken sausage, potato, and diced apple come together for a flavorful and easy-to-make hash.

Put a fried egg on it and have this breakfast potatoes recipe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!  This is a great budget-friendly recipe the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS: – avocado oil – red potatoes – apple chicken sausage – green onion – frozen spinach – apple – paprika – sea salt – black pepper – eggs

Step 1: Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat with the oil. Add the potatoes that are diced into bite-sized pieces and a pinch of sea salt. Saute for 10-15 minutes.

STEP 2: Add in the diced sausage and onion next, and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in the spinach to defrost.  This will take 2-3 minutes.

STEP 3:  Lastly, add the diced apple, paprika, sea salt, and pepper. Heat the apples through for a couple of minutes.

STEP 4: Add a little oil to the pan and cook the eggs your favorite way. Add the eggs on top of your hash and enjoy!
