Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

These buffalo chicken flatbread pizzas are a quick and easy dinner recipe that uses simple ingredients, but packs in tons of buffalo flavor!

They also make a great appetizer to prep in advance and serve to family and friends as well. Each chicken pizza gets you 34 grams of protein and is ready in under 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS: – cooked chicken breast – kefir ranch dressing – buffalo sauce – flat bread – mozzarella cheese – grape tomatoes – blue cheese crumbles – chives

Step 1: In a medium bowl add the diced chicken with ¼ cup ranch dressing and the Buffalo sauce, and mix fully.

STEP 2: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and divide the mozzarella cheese between them evenly. Add the chicken mixture on top of the cheese next.

STEP 3:  Slice the tomatoes in half, and then add on the pizzas. Next, add the blue cheese crumbles and chives.

STEP 4: Bake for 12-14 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust is crispy. Drizzle with the remaining ranch dressing, cut into pieces, and serve!
