This recipe is a great way to use up extra cooked chicken or leftover rotisserie chicken, and uses really tasty ingredients withs loads of flavor.

How to make buffalo chicken flatbread pizza
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: In a medium bowl add the diced chicken with 1/4 cup ranch dressing and the Buffalo sauce, and mix fully.
Step 3: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and divide the mozzarella cheese between them evenly.
Step 4: Add the chicken mixture on top of the cheese next.
Step 5: Slice the tomatoes in half, and then add on the pizzas. Next, add the blue cheese crumbles and chives.
Step 6: Bake for 12-14 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust is crispy.
Step 7: Drizzle with the remaining ranch dressing, cut into pieces, and serve!

How to store
Leftover buffalo chicken flatbread can be stored easily in the fridge. Allow the flatbread pizzas to fully cool to room temperature, and then add it into an airtight container for store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Reheat in the oven until warmed through. Drizzle extra ranch or spicy buffalo sauce on the top!
Substitutions

Chicken – Shredded rotisserie chicken can be used here in place of diced cooked chicken breast. Cooked ground chicken, ground turkey, or ground pork are all good options to replace the chicken.
Ranch – Instead of homemade ranch dressing, you can also use your favorite store bought bottle of ranch dressing. A drizzle of blue cheese dressing would go really well with this naan pizza, too!
Buffalo sauce – For less heat, swap your favorite buffalo sauce for your favorite barbecue sauce.
Flat bread – Flatbread crust makes this recipe come together easily. You can also swap in a different crust like naan bread, pita bread, tortillas, store bought pizza crust or homemade pizza dough.
Mozzarella cheese – Swap mozzarella for cheddar cheese, jack cheese, or use pepper jack cheese for extra heat.
Blue cheese – If you’re not a fan of blue cheese, no worries, you can easily leave it out, or swap with feta cheese.
Chives – You can just as easily substitute the chives for green onions or finely minced red onions.

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup kefir ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 flatbread
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 pint Sangria® Medley Tomatoes
- 4 ounces blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup chives minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
