Let's Make The BEST Crispy Sweet Potato Fries!

Sweet potato fries are a weekly staple in our house, and for good reasons! Crispy, sweet & nutritious too!

Sweet potatoes are my staple weekly carb option to add along salads or next to a breakfast scramble.

Once you try these sweet potato fries with chipotle mayo you won’t stop making them! They are such a healthy treat!

– sweet potatoes – arrowroot powder – sea salt – pepper – avocado oil

ingredients

      Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line 1-2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Slice sweet potatoes into even fry shape.

       Place in a bowl and toss with arrowroot, sea salt and pepper. Next, add the avocado oil and toss to coat.

       Place on a baking sheet, making sure to not overlap or crowd the sweet potato fries. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip the fries. Bake another 15-20 minutes until crispy.

       To make the chipotle mayo, combine mayonnaise and the chipotle in a blender. Blend until smooth.
