Flavorful Chicken Thighs Recipe

This instant pot or crockpot jerk chicken is packed with jerk spices and comes together incredibly fast in the high pressure cooker!

I love to pair this flavorful chicken with fresh mango cabbage slaw and warm rice for a comforting meal! Top with cilantro!

INGREDIENTS: – green onion – jalapeno – coconut aminos – distilled vinegar – maple syrup – sea salt – clove – nutmeg – allspice – avocado oil – chicken thighs

Step 1: Add the onion, jalapeno, coconut aminos, vinegar, maple syrup, salt, clove, nutmeg, and allspice to a blender and blend.

STEP 2: Heat a large skillet to medium heat and add oil. Sear the chicken thighs on both sides, then add the sauce to simmer and fully cook.
