Ground Beef Fajitas

This quick and easy ground beef fajitas recipe makes getting dinner on the table super easy!

Swapping out steak for ground beef also makes this a more affordable delicious weeknight dinner recipe. This 20 minute meal is made with just 6 ingredients!

      In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil and pound of ground beef. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until there is no pink remaining. Add the fajita seasoning.

     Into the same hot pan, add the sliced peppers and sliced onion, along with a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Cook the fajita veggies until the onions have softened and have some browning on them.

     Warm the tortillas in a medium heat skillet. Prepare any other favorite taco toppings to go with your ground beef fajitas.

     Serve your beef fajitas with sour cream, the seasoned beef, cooked bell peppers and onions, pico de Gallo or salsa, fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice, and any other favorite taco night toppings!
