Lean Beef Patty Burger Recipe

Better Tasting Than From The Grocery Store!

INGREDIENTS: – egg – oat flour – coconut aminos – garlic powder – onion powder – sea salt – black pepper – 93% lean ground beef

Step 1: In a large bowl add the egg, oat flour, coconut aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper.

STEP 2: Mix well to combine the seasonings. Add in the ground beef and mix fully until combined.

STEP 3: Divide the burger mixture into 8 equal portions.  Using your hands, shape the burgers into a round, thin, and even patty shape.

STEP 4: Place patties on a parchment paper (or aluminum foil) lined baking sheet in a single layer. Freeze them, or cook right away!

Optional - STEP 5: When the frozen hamburgers are frozen solid, remove them from the sheet and add them to a freezer bag or airtight container.

STEP 6: To cook: Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.  When hot, add the patties and cook for 3-5 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook another 3-5 minutes on the second side.

STEP 7: Add a slice of cheese in the last couple of minutes of cooking if you’d like. Serve with hamburger buns and your favorite burger toppings!
