No Bake Coconut Balls Recipe

These sweet treat no bake coconut balls mix together in one bowl, and are made with 7 simple ingredients!

INGREDIENTS: – tahini – honey – quick oats – unsweetened shredded coconut – coconut flour – pure vanilla extract – sea salt

Step 1: Into a large bowl add the tahini, honey, oatmeal, desiccated coconut, coconut flour, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt.

STEP 2: Using a spoon, stir together until the coconut mixture is fully mixed. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.

STEP 3: After 30 minutes, use a small cookie scoopand form into 1-inch balls with your hands. The recipe will make about 15 balls. Roll in extra coconut if you'd like!

You can enjoy these delicious coconut balls at room temperature, chilled, or frozen!  For best results, store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 week.
