Oatmeal Almond Flour Raisin Cookies

INGREDIENTS: – unsalted butter – natural cane sugar – egg – vanilla extract – almond flour – old fashioned oats – baking soda – sea salt – raisins

Step 1: In a large bowl add the wet ingredients and mix with a spoon.whisk until fully combined. Add the remaining dry ingredients in, and mix until combined. Mix in the raisins.

STEP 2: Using a small cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets with space between each cookie.

STEP 3: Bake for 9-11 minutes, until the edges are just barely beginning to get golden edges. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
