Let's Make The BEST Avocado Mango Salad!

Creamy avocado and sweet mango are the start of this avocado mango salad!

If you love pico de gallo but want to mix up the flavors using ripe mangoes, this healthy fruit salad, or dip is for you!

It’s ready in minutes and can be eaten on its own as a side dish, or served with juicy chicken, in fish tacos, or with tortilla chips.

ingredients

      Begin by dicing the soft flesh of the mango, avocado, and bell pepper.  The red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro should be minced small. Add the fruit and vegetables into a large bowl.

     Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and sprinkle the sea salt and pepper over. Gently stir to combine.

To make this in advance increase the lime juice a bit more. The lime juice helps to slow how quickly the avocado will brown.
