  1. Begin by dicing the soft flesh of the mango, avocado, and bell pepper into small cubes. The red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro should be minced small. Add the fresh fruit and vegetables into a large bowl.
  2. Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and sprinkle the sea salt and pepper over. Gently stir to combine and scoop into a small bowl to serve.

Some other additions that would go well with this avocado mango salsa would be black beans, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, or crunchy almonds.

How to store leftover avocado salad

To make this in advance increase the lime juice a bit more. The lime juice helps to slow how quickly the avocado will brown.

Add a bit more lime juice (1-2 tablespoons more) and store the avocado salad in an airtight container or mason jar.

You can prep it up to 2 days in advance, or store leftovers that long as well.

Substitutions
