Ingredients

  • 3 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 large sweet onion
  • 2 handfuls cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lime, juiced

Instructions

  • To the bowl of a food processor, add the roughly chopped onion, cilantro, garlic, sea salt, and pepper. Pulse until the onion is broken down into small pieces.
  • Add the tomatoes and tangy lime juice and pulse again until the tomatoes are in small pieces, or blend to get a smooth salsa. The tomato juice will help with blending. Taste the tomato mixture and add more salt/pepper if you’d like.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and enjoy! Makes about 3-3.5 cups of salsa.
