Ingredients

  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked, cut in half
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 8 small pieces lettuce
  • everything bagel seasoning, optional

Instructions

  • Start by slicing your hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the egg yolks and place them in a medium bowl, setting the egg whites aside on a plate.
  • Using a fork, mash the egg yolks with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Spoon (or use a piping bag) to fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  • Now for the fun part - assemble your BLT sliders! Take one deviled egg half, add a small piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato, and half a slice of bacon, then top with another deviled egg half. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning if you want a little extra flavor.
