Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup mango, fresh mango or defrosted from frozen mango
  • 1 cup cherries, fresh cherries or defrosted from frozen cherries

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of yogurt, 1/2 scoop of protein powder, and 1 cup of mango to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend for 10-15 seconds, or just until the mango is incorporated. Pour the mixture into a bowl while you prepare the cherry layer.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining yogurt, protein powder, and cherries, blending until just combined.
  • Alternate pouring the cherry layer and mango layer into the popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks, and then freeze until solid (4-6 hours), and then enjoy!
