Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos (Crispy, High-Protein & Easy!)

Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos combine crispy smash tacos with creamy Caesar salad for a quick high-protein dinner. Made with ground chicken and ready in 20 minutes. They are made by pressing seasoned ground chicken onto tortillas, cooking them meat side down in a hot skillet until crispy, then topping with creamy Caesar salad. Each taco has 21 grams of protein!

Ingredients 

Instructions 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, granulated garlic, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Divide into 6 equal balls. Press a thin layer of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly to the edges.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of olive oil if needed. Place chicken-side down into the hot skillet and cook 3-4 minutes until golden and starting to crisp. (cook in batches if needed)
  • Flip with a spatula and cook another 2-3 minutes until the edges of the tortilla are crispy and the chicken is fully cooked (165 degrees F internal temp).
  • In a large bowl, toss romaine with Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese.
  • Top each crispy chicken taco with the salad, extra parmesan, and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper. Serve immediately for the crispiest tortilla!
