Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by melting your chocolate in the microwave in increments or over a double boiler. To create a double boiler fill a small pot with 2 inches of water.  Place a large glass bowl over it.  Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.  Place on the stove over medium heat.  Add the chocolate and stir as it melts.
  • Once melted, add all the remaining ingredients to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  • On wax paper or parchment paper, scoop and drop about 3-4 tbsp of the mixture.  Repeat until no more remains. Add a sprinkle of sea salt to them if you’d like. Allow the clusters to harden at room temperature, or place them in the fridge or freezer to cool faster. Makes about 25 clusters.
