Coconut Balls Recipe No Bake

These sweet treat no bake coconut balls mix together in one bowl, and are made with 7 simple ingredients!  They are the perfect healthy snack and require no sweetened condensed milk! Dairy-free, tree-nut-free, refined sugar-free, and gluten-free.  This a delicious recipe everyone can enjoy!

Ingredients 

Instructions 

  • Into a large bowl add the tahini, honey, oatmeal, desiccated coconut, coconut flour, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Using a spoon, stir together until the coconut mixture is fully mixed.
  • Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.  This will allow the coconut flour and oats to absorb the liquid and make it easier to work with.
  • After 30 minutes, use a small cookie scoop or spoon to scoop the mixture out and form it into 1-inch balls with your hands. The recipe will make about 15 balls.
  • You can enjoy these delicious coconut balls at room temperature, chilled, or frozen!  For best results, store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 week.
