  • Add the cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, and cocoa powder to a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until completely smooth, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides of the blender so everything combines evenly. The whole thing should transform into a thick, creamy pudding with a smooth consistency and rich chocolate flavor.
  • Spoon the pudding into a serving bowl and enjoy immediately, or chill for later.

Notes

If you want it slightly thinner, you can add a splash of milk or water and give it a quick stir or additional blend.
