Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, coconut flour, sea salt, and garlic. Stir until well combined. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes while the coconut flour absorbs the extra liquid.
Scoop the cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet pan, then flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown on the edges.
Remove from the oven, spread each bite with a spoonful of sauce/dip, and top with mozzarella and any other toppings you desire.
Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbly, and the pizzas have crispy edges.
